Country House: On a private estate built and designed (with the help of an architect) by Thurston Twigg-Smith. Currently owned by members of the Twigg-Smith family.
Thurston Twigg-Smith built the Inn in 1978 as a retreat. It was converted to accommodate guests in 1987. The 40 acre estate encompasses a working cattle ranch and coffee farm operated by older brother Christian.

The 7,000 square foot mansion is surrounded by pastures, orchards and lush grounds on a quiet mountainside. The 1,350 foot elevation affords pleasant cool climate and an awesome coastal view.

Accommodations:
4 guest rooms, each with a private bath and decorated in a different theme: The Bali Room, Oriental Room, Polynesian Room and the Hibiscus Suite. Two of the rooms offer a private ocean view, sitting rooms and balconies. Beautiful and rich eucalyptus flooring throughout the house enhances the sleek contemporary interior.
