The Accommodations
The top interior
designer on Kauai recently decorated the home along with the owners, which
turned out to be one of the most appealing multi million-dollar homes in
Hawaii. The home and grounds offer great privacy. All five
large private bedroom suites have varying colors in the marble bathrooms
featuring spa jets in each tub. Four of the five suites have there own
sitting areas, which can accommodate another four guests for a maximum
total of 14 people at one time with plenty of space for everyone. (Two
nearby homes are also available for large groups) “The Great Room” divides
the homes living space and is perfect to hold your meeting, set up the
recording studio next to the grand piano, or simply sit and listen to the
waterfall as it cascades into the carp pond with the sights and sounds
of the ocean in the background. The workout room, gymnasium, and sauna
are located in a separate area from the bedroom suites, as is the cantilevered
sun deck, telescope and hot tub. These areas also have a 360 degree unobstructed
view of the long sandy beach below along with the surrounding ocean, mountains
and the North Shore’s famous Kilauea lighthouse off in the distance, and
the many cascading waterfalls. With forty public beaches on Kauai, (the
most on any Hawaiian island) the beach and fresh water stream below the
Kauai Villa/Spa is accessible by a landscaped, safe, maintained path and
steps fronting the estate. This beach is perfect for walking, swimming,
fishing, snorkeling, surfing, sleeping and even a private luau, if you
wish. Pila beach generally offers total solitude, void of people, and foot
steps in the fine white sand. |
